Property business
The Danish University and Property Agency’s property business owns and manages approx. 2,000,000 sq m of building space.
We handle the role of owner and awarding authority in respect of state properties utilised for education and research purposes. The Agency employs approx. 75 employees and is based in two locations in Denmark. We are the largest state property business and one of the largest businesses of its kind in Denmark.
It is our task to ensure the optimum physical framework for Danish research and Danish study programmes.
